The villa has three bedrooms with the ground floor rooms having direct access to the pool area. The living areas
are open plan and the villa has Egyptian domed ceilings and marble floors.
* Master bedroom has a King Size bed.
The others have twin beds in each.
* Air conditioning and heating throughout the villa, fully remote controlled.

First floor master bedroom has En-suite and access to the roof terrace and its views to the mountains.

has a separate cloakroom and shower room.
* Satellite European 42" TV with 70 channels, 25 english speaking,
sports and Disney.
* The kitchen has an infrared digital hob and separate oven.
In addition to the three double
bedrooms there is a double sofa bed in the lounge for additional guests. There is an Ipod speaker doc. Ps2 and controller.

There are eight pool loungers with cushions, two hammocks attached to the Palm Trees. Covered seating for 6
around a marble table with two electric ceiling fans. Pool toys and floats. There is a lawn with 12 Palm Trees giving more
shade and space to play. The beautiful pool with marble surround is cleaned every two days and heated to your choice up to
32C. Depth from 0.9 to 1.5 mtr with Roman Steps for easy entry. We have three movable 3 meter parasols.
